Please join us for our termly Seniors’ Lunch Club at the Pavilion

We are delighted to invite you to our termly OC Seniors’ Lunch Club. Please do go ahead and book as we need a minimum number of 15 to make the event viable and the sooner we reach that number, the sooner everyone knows that the event will run. This event is also open to partners.

Parking
Cars can be parked in Fry’s Field, down the lane behind the church and then on your left.

Accessibility
If you need any assistance with accessibility arrangements or need a disabled parking space, please let us know in advance so that we can support you with this.

Arrival
Once you have parked, please call in at reception where they will be expecting you.

Timings
Please arrive from 11.30am with an aim to be seated for food at 12.30pm. The bar will be open for drinks.

Booking essential
It is important for us to book in advance and ensure that all meals are accounted for. Please let Laura know by the previous Wednesday so that the catering team can make the necessary arrangements. If you are unable to attend, you will still be expected to pay. The price will be £12.50.

Please note that you have the possibility of booking in three ways;
1.    Online here using Stripe. This is a secure system.
2.    By bank transfer to; The Old Colstonian Society, Barclays Bank plc, sort code 20-05-06, account number 90683744
3.    By sending a cheque to Collegiate School marked for the attention of Laura Carleton to arrive in school by the previous Wednesday. 

As we need to book the food with the catering team in advance of the day all bookings are final, and payment will be required if you cannot attend.

Please make sure to let us know either on the booking form or via email if you have any dietary requirements.

• Pan fried smoked hake with kedgeree, spinach and poached duck egg
• Sundried tomato and thyme risotto topped with marinated courgettes and peppers, parmesan crisp
• Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream
• Tea and coffee
